Refund & Return Policy

At Promise Venue Wholesale LLC, we stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, all sales are final unless the merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted via email to info@promisevenuewholesale.com within 5 business days of delivery. Approved returns for non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for credit.
